We accept returns on select stocked items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that handmade and custom orders are final sale.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Email our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Ensure tiles are in their original packaging and secured on a pallet if necessary to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Arrange for the return shipment using a carrier of your choice; we recommend insuring the package.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once received and inspected for damage, your refund will be processed minus a 25% restocking fee.
